As with all of our Whiskeys, Wigle makes this Single Barrel Bourbon from scratch from regional corn, wheat and malted barley. Wigle mills, ferments and pot-distills all of our products at our distillery in Pittsburgh’s Historic Strip District. We age our Single Barrel Straight Bourbon a minimum of 4 years in a single new charred 53 gallon oak barrel, and bottle that one very special barrel at 100 proof. Wigle Reserve is Wigle’s next evolution of small-batch, hand-crafted Whiskey and unwavering commitment to producing artisanal, premium whiskey.
