Our single-barrel selections bring you the finest whiskey from an exceptionally delicious barrel. We distilled this barrel of whiskey in a small batch in our traditional copper pot still, using heirloom wheat, and aged it for eight years. This spirit is a must-have for its unique sweetness that conveys notes of caramel apples, pecans, cinnamon, vanilla, and cardamom with undertones of earl grey tea.
