Description

Sherry Cask Finished Rye is a beautiful addition to our collection of barrel finished whiskies. After aging for four years, we placed our Pennsylvania Rye into Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks and allowed the whiskey to mingle with the sweet notes of Sherry for 8 months or more. The result is an elegant whiskey with sweet berry notes upfront and a spicy finish.
