Monongahela Rye and Jamaican Rum Cask come together to create our festive Wigle Rum Cask Rye. We double pot distilled a combination of local Rye, Wheat, and Malted Barley. Aged for at least 4.5 years in 53 Gallon New American Oak Barrels, Rum Cask Rye is then finished for 11 months in used Jamaican Rum casks, for a total of more than 5 years in barrels!
