Get ready to ring in another holiday season with the return of St. Nick — one of our most popular Brewer’s Series releases. To produce this holiday favorite we began with Penn Brewery’s St. Nikolaus Bock, a traditional German-style brew that boasts an array of roasty malt flavors balanced with a subtle touch of hops. We placed this well-balanced Boker into our artisanal copper-pot still for a double-distillation, then rested it in American oak casks for at least 1 year, adding mellow vanilla and toffee notes.
