We’re celebrating our partnership with Great Lakes Brewing — a Cleveland institution since 1988 — with another special release of our Rudolph Holiday Whiskey. We’ve aged our Straight American Wheat Whiskey, for two years in new charred-oak barrels, before placing it into casks previously used to age Great Lakes’ Christmas Ale for another nearly two years.

This secondary maturation period — 22 months in used Christmas Ale barrels — lends cinnamon, ginger, and honey notes to the spirit, which mingle perfectly with the vanilla and apple notes already prevalent in our easy-going American Whiskey.
