Apple liqueur starts out as apple cider, which we ferment and distill, age in used whiskey barrels. We then blend in sweet apple cider and put it all back in the barrel for a few more months. It’s a deliciously bright, flavorful, and balanced spirit with vanilla, fresh apple, oak, vanilla, and caramel apple notes with a floral nose.
