Description

In an effort to expand upon our Bourbon cask finishes, we decided to reach out to Levity Brewing Company of Indiana, PA and gauge their interest in some used bourbon barrels. They gladly accepted them on the condition that they would return them once they were done with them. They used those barrels to age a unique imperial stout that celebrated their 8 year anniversary, which was released in early 2024. Once they returned the barrels to us, we took 4 year old bourbon, and finished it in the stout barrels for 4 months over the summer.
