Our most assertively spicy rye-forward whiskey. Deep Cut Bottled in Bond 5 Year was distilled in a traditional alembic run on our copper pot still by a single distiller in a single season, aged in new charred oak cooperage, aged for 5 years, and bottled at 100 proof. We think it was worth the wait.
Our Deep Cut Rye is a cult favorite and was awarded the BEST IN CATEGORY RYE in America by the American Craft Spirits Association.
