We distilled this barrel of Rye Whiskey in a small batch in our traditional copper pot still and aged it for eight years. This barrel spent its days in our Barrel House in the Northside. This spirit is a must-have for its uniqueness which conveys notes of cinnamon, clove, and black pepper.
