Our single barrel selections bring you the finest whiskey from an exceptionally delicious barrel. We distilled this barrel of American Whiskey in a small batch in our traditional copper pot still, using heirloom organic wheat from Oeschner Organic Farm in western New York as well as organic malted barley. We aged it for eight years, our oldest expression yet, in our original Barrel House, now reserved for the oldest and most special of our lots. This Whiskey is a must-have for its unique sweetness that conveys notes of caramel, pecans, tobacco, vanilla, maple with undertones of nutmeg.
