This Reserve Apple Brandy qualifies as a VSOP, Very Special Old Pale, which is a distinction given to Brandy aged four or more years. We produced this from scratch using 100% locally harvested apples then aged the spirit for 5 years in a 59-gallon French oak cask. The oak-forward flavor of this spirit will speak to whiskey and cognac connoisseurs, while the floral fruit notes will sing to those seeking a beverage bursting with fall flavor.
