Inspired by rigorous French Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC) standards for the production of Calvados, our team spent 5 years developing this Reserve Apple Brandy. Our production team completed a 6 week fermentation using only naturally-occurring yeasts. As with all Wigle products, we’ve produced this from scratch using 100% locally harvested apples. We’ve aged the spirit for over 4 years in a 53-gallon American oak cask. The oak-forward flavor of this spirit will speak to whiskey and cognac connoisseurs, while the floral fruit notes will sing to those seeking a beverage bursting with fall flavor.
