Wigle Barrel Rested Gin is back after an almost year long hiatus. It’s made from a mash of regionally grown organic rye, wheat, and malted barley and distilled in our copper pot still. We vapor infuse the spirit during distillation with a complex family of organic botanicals including juniper berries, cardamom, angelica, orris root, cubeb berries, anise, and lavender.
