Join certified Whisky Ambassador and Wigle’s own Lee Morrison once a month from February through August, 1-3 PM at the distillery for an exclusive exploration into all things whiskey. Class includes a flight of our finest spirits which reinforces the subject of each course!

Course 4: Engineering Flavors into Whiskey introduces the processes required to produce whiskey including malting, milling, mashing, fermenting, and distilling. Each step of the process enables a unique opportunity for the distiller to influence the flavors of whiskey, and the variables at the distiller’s disposal when influencing flavors are discussed. Participants will enjoy samples of current whiskey offerings from Wigle’s portfolio.
