Join certified Whisky Ambassador and Wigle’s own Lee Morrison once a month from February through August, 1-3 PM at the distillery for an exclusive exploration into all things whiskey. Class includes a flight of our finest spirits which reinforces the subject of each course!

Course 2: Assessing Whiskey Flavors & Aromas introduces methods for assessing whiskies including appearance, aroma, and flavor. The characteristics of various Wigle Whiskies of different mash bills and maturation profiles will be sampled, and chemical compounds which are indicators of these characteristics will be discussed.
