Learn how to create your favorites from our Spring 2021 Cocktail Menu. Each $50 ticket covers entry for ONE guest, a welcome Threadbare cider, ingredients and instruction to build TWO full size Wigle cocktails and a delicious appetizer from the Wigle Distillery Kitchen.

This week we are making:

Monhatthan

• 2.0 oz Port Rye
• 1.0 oz Vermut 
• 1 Barspoon Cherry Juice
• Multiple dashes of Pom Orange
• Two dashes Mole Bitters

Build drink in mixing glass, stir with ice, strain into rocks glass. Garnish with cherry.

Philips Final Say

• ¾ oz Gin
• ¾ oz lime
• ¾ oz Aromatic Absent MInded
• ¾ oz Cherry Infused White Rye

Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice, shake and double strain into a chilled couple. 

Tickets must be purchased in advance and are LIMITED! Masks are required unless seated and enjoying cocktails.
