Cocktail Class-New Year Punch Spectacular!

Cocktail Classes at Wigle are better than EVER! Join Wigle Bartender on Wednesday, January 19th for two hours of cocktail curating fun! Learn how to create your favorites from our Spring 2021 Cocktail Menu. Each $50 ticket covers entry for ONE guest, a welcome Threadbare cider, ingredients and instruction to build TWO full size Wigle cocktails and a delicious appetizer from the Wigle Distillery Kitchen.

Start the new year off right with Wigle as we celebrate new beginnings with two fantastic cocktails. First a Maple based, spiced old fashioned, perfect for sipping outdoors by your fire pit. Second, my absolute favorite punch, featuring smoked rosemary, Ginever, limes, and dry cider.

Pancake Breakfast on the Rocks

1.5 oz Northern Exposure 

.5 oz Rich Maple Simple

2-4 dashes Pomander Orange Bitters

Add ingredients to an old fashioned glass. Add one large rock cube, stir until cold, garnish with maple candy.

Rich Maple Simple- Add water to your favorite maple syrup to thin it out to a pourable state.

Foggy Window Punch

2.0 oz Gin

1.0 Rosemary Simple

1.0 Lime Juice

2 dashes Rosemary Lavender Bitters

Add all ingredients to shaker. Dry shake, then shake with ice, double strain into chilled coupe glass. garnish with charred rosemary sprig.

Rosemary Simple-Equal parts sugar and water. Add several large cuts of fresh rosemary, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for five minutes. Transfer to a jar and let sit overnight. Serve.
