Cocktail Class- Fall Harvest Punch

Cocktail Classes at Wigle are better than EVER! Join Wigle Bartender on Wednesday, September 29th for two hours of cocktail curating fun! Learn how to create your favorites from our Spring 2021 Cocktail Menu. Each $50 ticket covers entry for ONE guest, a welcome Threadbare cider, ingredients and instruction to build TWO full size Wigle cocktails and a delicious appetizer from the Wigle Distillery Kitchen. 

The weather is getting cooler, the days shorter, the leaves are changing colors, and we are all spending a lot more time by our fire pits. If only we had the perfect cocktail to pair with all of those things…..

Thanks to the Wigle Whiskey Cocktail Class Program now you do! Come on down to Wigle to learn how to make the perfect Fall Harvest Punch. We will spend the class working on bettering our cocktail building skills through two different cocktails. First we start with a very fall inspired old fashioned riff, the Lost in the Pines. A gin forward cocktail with a special spruce syrup, and smokey finish. Next we will learn all about how to craft the perfect fall punch, both as a single drink, and as a large batch punch to serve fireside with your friends! 

Lost in the Pines

1.5 oz Barrel Rested Gin

.5 oz Spruce Syrup

Pomander Orange Bitters

Sugar

Pine/Ginger garnish

Fall Harvest Punch

1.0 oz Rye

1.0 oz Walkabout

.5 oz Harvest Syrup

.5 oz lemon juice

2.0 oz apple cider/cranberry juice

Dry Cider float

For large scale punch servings, change ratios from ounces to cups, combine ingredients in punch bowl and serve over rocks.

Build in pint glass, shake and strain over ice in rocks glass, top with cider, garnish with apple slice and cinnamon stick.

Tickets must be purchased in advance and are LIMITED! Masks are required unless seated and enjoying cocktails.
