Travel Back in time to the decade that gave us grunge, the internet, very interesting fashion choices, iconic sitcoms, the end of the cold war, and a number of very interesting cocktails! It’s been over 20 years since the Cosmo was the ruler of the cocktail world. We are going to explore the interesting rise and fall it and many other cocktails from that era took. Starting as the stars of the show, to becoming all but forgotten about and often laughed at outsiders of today’s craft cocktail world.

The Espresso Martini

1.5 oz White Rye

1.0 Espresso

1.0 oz Coffee Liqueur

2 dashes saline solution

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with 2 espresso beans.

The Cosmopolitan

1.5 oz White Rye

.5 oz Orange Liquor

1.0 oz Cranberry Juice

¼ oz Lime Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

Tickets must be purchased in advance and are LIMITED! Masks are required unless seated and enjoying cocktails.
