Cocktail Class-All's Fair in Love and War-Valentines Drink Spectacular!

Cocktail Classes at Wigle are better than EVER! Join Wigle Bartender on Wednesday, February 23rd for two hours of cocktail curating fun! Learn how to create your favorites from our Spring 2021 Cocktail Menu. Each $50 ticket covers entry for ONE guest, a welcome Threadbare cider, ingredients and instruction to build TWO full size Wigle cocktails and a delicious appetizer from the Wigle Distillery Kitchen.

Join us at Wigle for a special holiday themed series of classes designed to teach you how to prepare the most romantic cocktails possible! We will be using Afterglow Whiskey to make sweet and spicy old fashioneds, and try our hands at our version of the classic French 75 cocktail, which can be seen in the most romantic film of all time, Casablanca. So here’s looking at you kid, see you at the class!

Loves First Kiss

2.0 oz Afterglow 

.5 oz Saffron Amaro

1.0 oz Simple Syrup

2 dashes pomander orange bitters

Lemon peel expression garnish

Add all ingredients to a double rocks glass. Add large cube, stir until chilled. Garnish with lemon peel expression. 

Wigle 75

2.0 oz Gin

.5 oz lemon juice

¼ oz simple syrup

3.0 oz Dry Cider

Lemon peel garnish

Add all ingredients except cider to a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into chilled coupe glass. Top with dry cider and garnish with lemon peel.

Tickets must be purchased in advance and are LIMITED! Masks are required unless seated and enjoying cocktails.
