We’re elated to announce Wigle Distillery Executive Chef Alex Brown is a featured Chef on a new series on Very Local PGH called “Plate it Pittsburgh” Stream for free on Very Local’s Streaming platform on your preferred smart TV!
In celebration of Chef Alex’s appearance on Plate it Pittsburgh, we’re kicking off Wigle’s Chef’s Table Dinner + Cocktail Pairing Series. An intimate dining experience with a glimpse into the Wigle Kitchen, you’ll enjoy an innovative  6 Course Meal + Wigle Cocktail pairings curated by Wigle bartenders. Guests will be seated at the Wigle Kitchen bar, and have one on one time with Chef Alex as he + the kitchen team prepare their meal. The $125 ticket includes food, cocktails, and gratuity.

Course 1- Rutabaga | Winter Squash | Watercress
Course 2- Housemade Ricotta | Cavatelli | Rapini | ‘Nduja | Pecorino
Course 3- Beets | Figs | Arugula | “Rye Old Fashioned” Vinaigrette
Course 4- Seared Scallop | Sweet Pot1ato | Kale | Bourbon Maple
Course 5- Strip Steak | Apple Brandied Mushroom | Polenta | Swiss Chard | Black Garlic
Course 6- Parsnip Cake | Blood Orange | Honey
