Landlocked Spiced Honey Rum with Flowers

A daiquiri is a classic rum cocktail, similar to the gimlet, of combining the flavors of a spirit with a lime. We think the spices in our spiced rum pair well with lime in this cocktail.

2oz Wigle Landlocked Spiced honey flavored rum
¾ oz simple syrup
¾ oz lime juice

Carefully measure all ingredients, pouring them into a shaking tin. Add a generous scoop of ice, and shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass, and serve with a lime wheel. 

Wigle Landlocked Spiced Honey Rum

Landlocked Spiced Rum does a great job turning hot apple cider into a dessert. I’ve enjoyed this after dinner on a number of occasions, always with much satisfaction. The whipped cream really brings it home.

2 oz Wigle Landlocked Spiced honey flavored rum
4 oz sweet apple cider, heated
3 dashes of Wigle Organic Molé Bitters
Whipped Cream

Warm the sweet apple cider. Combine with Landlocked Spiced and pour into a warm beverage glass and top with the molé bitters and then whipped cream. Garnish with a chocolate covered caramel on the side.

Landlocked Spiced and Oaked Honey Spirit

2oz Landlocked Oaked Rum or Dunder Rum
¾ oz syrup
¾ oz simple syrup

Carefully measure all ingredients, pouring them into a shaking tin. Add a generous scoop of ice, and shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass, and serve with a lime wheel. 

Landlocked Spiced and Oaked Honey Spirit

1.5 oz Landlocked Oaked
1 oz Apple Liqueur
¼ oz smoked tea simple syrup
Splash of lemon

Smoked Tea Syrup = 1 part sugar, 1 part boiling water, Russian Caravan or Lapsang Souchong tea. 

Carefully measure all ingredients, pouring them into a mixing glass. Add a generous scoop of ice, and stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass, and serve over rocks with a large swath of lemon.
