Nothing but clear skies ahead with this Wigle take on an all-time classic. Inspired by the old school drink “Dark and Stormy,” this drink will make you feel like you’re right on the beach.
The Landlocked Spiced Rum forms the foundation of the drink contributing a rich, slightly sweet and robust character. It also offers a molasses-like hint, along with notes of caramel and vanilla.
ingredients
- 2 oz Landlocked Spiced Rum
- 1/2oz Blue Curacao Syrup
- 1/4oz Hot Honey
- 1/2oz Lime Juice
- 2 oz Ginger Beer
how to mix
- Add all ingredients into Shaker with Ice & Shake
- Strain into Belgian Tulip with 2oz of Ginger Beer
- Add Ice
- Garnish with a dried orange wheel or slice
