Aged for 4 years, this spirit can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in your favorite whiskey cocktail.

This Rye Whiskey takes its cues from the original American Whiskey, Monongahela Rye. Western Pennsylvania produced this style of Rye for nearly 200 years.

Oaked & Ember Straight Bourbon Whiskey – 375 mL
Oaked & Ember Straight Bourbon Whiskey is as American as you can get. Made from heirloom corn, mesquite smoked malted barley (24%), and cherry wood smoked malted barley (24%) then twice distilled on our copper pot still. On the final run, we cut deeper than normal into the tails to bring out more of the smoky characteristics from the grain. Aged for 4 years in new charred oak barrels,Oaked & Ember has notes of burnt caramel, mesquite, with a warming cherry wood finish.

Inspired by a 19th century Pennsylvanian distiller’s recipe, Wigle’s Dutch-Style Gin brings back a lost gem of distillation.

For the first 600 years of its existence, gin was made from a whiskey base in a copper pot still. This Genever or Dutch-style Gin became less popular after the invention of the modern industrial still. Vodka based gins dominate liquor store shelves today.

With a grain mash of rye, wheat, malted barley, and a complex family of botanicals, Ginever is rounder and fuller than modern gins. Juniper berries remain forefront but are joined by a number of other botanicals including: earthy cardamom, peppery cubeb and fragrant lavender.

This handcrafted spirit is made from scratch in our copper pot still in very small batches,using local heirloom grains.

It’s perfect for whiskey and gin lovers alike.

Cinnamon Whiskey Meets Craft Standards. We never put any artificial colors or flavors in any of our spirits.

Wigle Cinnamon starts as regional wheat and malted barley grain that we procure directly from local farms. We mill and ferment in house, then distill in our copper pot still. After oak barrel resting, we infuse the spirit with whole, Ceylon and Cassia cinnamon and just a bit of sugar, resulting in a whiskey bursting with real cinnamon flavor and with a nice hefty kick. Serves up nicely neat, on the rocks, or as a base to your favorite whiskey cocktail.

All summer long, hard working bees store the flavor of wildflower nectar in their signature product, honey. We were inspired by their diligence and paired regional honey with our own signature bourbon to make a smooth, sweet and floral spirit.

Honey Bourbon starts with Wigle Straight Pennsylvania Bourbon aged for 4 years in American oak barrels. Once harvested, it’s sweetened with just the right amount of raspberry blossom honey from local apiary, Bedillion Honey Farm to create a smooth, easy drinking libation. Limoncello – 750 mL

Wigle Limoncello is a truly a Wigle take on the classic liqueur. For every batch we produce, Wigle employees and dedicated volunteers hand peel lemons which are then steeped in our made-from-scratch spirits with just the right amount of sugar for sweetness. The mixture is then filtered resulting in a well balanced and beautifully yellow liqueur.

Limoncello has some fun origin myths from Almalfi Coast fisherman sipping lemon liqueur to ward off the cold, an Isle of Capri innkeeper whose lemon drink spread far and wide, to monks enjoying sips of lemon liqueur in-between prayers. Regardless of contested origins of Limoncello, it has become an iconic spirit that is found across the Italian peninsula. There are many different versions of Limoncello produced, representing a wide spectrum of colors and flavors. It’s a lovely sipping liqueur after meals or can be used to make innovative and bright cocktails.
