WHISKEY SOUR

Ingredients: 

2 oz Wigle Organic Monongahela Rye Whiskey
3⁄4 oz lemon juice
3⁄4 oz demerara sugar syrup
2 dashes Wigle Organic Aromatic Bitters
1 egg white

Glass:

2 dashes Wigle Organic Aromatic Bitters
Notes: 
Measure all ingredients carefully, vigorously shake with a generous scoop of ice, and strain into a chilled coupe.We prefer making this with an egg white (it helps make a wonderfully frothy texture), but it’s certainly not necessary. Same applies to the bitters; we just love the addition of flavor and aroma.
