MOJITO

Ingredients: 

2 oz Wigle Landlocked White
3⁄4 oz lime juice
3⁄4 oz simple syrup
7-10 mint leaves

Glass: 
collins
Garnish: 
mint sprigs & soda water
Notes: 
Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup in a collins glass. Measure and pour the Landlocked and lime juice into the glass, topping with soda water and a generous scoop of ice.We prefer spearmint in this one, but the traditional Cuban “Yerba Buena” mint can be used as well.
