MAI TAI

Ingredients: 

2oz Wigle Landlocked Oaked
3⁄4oz lime
1⁄2oz orange Curaçao
1⁄4oz orgeat syrup
1⁄4oz simple syrup

Glass: 
rocks (or tiki mug)
Garnish: 
spent lime and mint sprig
Notes: 
Measure all ingredients carefully, vigorously shake with a generous scoop of ice, and strain over crushed ice into a rocks glass (or tiki mug if you happen have one). Garnish with a lime slice and hearty sprig of mint. We recommend Pierre Ferrand Curaçao and Small Hand Foods Orgeat for this; both are well worth the money.
