Apis Crusta

Ingredients: 

1 1⁄2 oz Wigle Landlocked White
1 oz Cointreau1 oz lemon juice
1⁄2 oz maraschino liqueur
1 dash Wigle Organic Aromatic Bitters

Glass: 
coupe
Garnish: 
sugar rim (optional), lemon twist
Notes: 
Prep the sugar-rimmed glass ahead of time, if you’re into that. Measure all ingredients carefully, vigorously shake with a generous scoop of ice, and strain into your chilled and sugar-rimmed coupe. We recommend Lazzaroni maraschino liqueur for this one, but Luxardo will also work.
